Job summary

Trilogy in Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as a Team Leader, providing direct, quality clinical care and guiding patient care staff. You will lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications and treatments are executed correctly and documented.

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure continuity from admission through discharge. You will visit residents daily, assess status, and notify the appropriate supervisors of changes in condition, while

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications and treatments are executed correctly and documented.
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure continuity of care from admission through discharge.
• Visit residents daily to assess status and notify charge nurse, physician, and/or Director of Nursing when there is a change in condition.
• Identify resident problems and emergencies and initiate immediate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.
