Qualifications

• One (1) year minimum of RN experience required.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Nursing Supervisor and leadership to ensure smooth clinical operations as assigned.
• Implement orders and treatment plan components as directed by Provider.
• Utilize the nursing process and practice standards as a framework for the management of patient care.
• Analyze assessment data to determine appropriate interventions.
• Formulate a teaching plan based on patient learning needs and evaluate effectiveness.

Education

AA or BA/BS degree required

Current CA RN license required

Current BLS for Healthcare Provider preferred
