Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Plymouth is seeking an RN Team Leader for the Clinical Decision Unit. This role provides leadership during 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotation, guiding clinical care and unit operations.

Required: BSN or higher, MA RN license, current charge experience, and AHA BLS; ACLS within 6 months. Department certification within 6 months. The Team Leader mentors staff, ensures accurate documentation, patient flow, and collaboration

Qualifications

• BSN or higher degree required or currently enrolled in BSN program with completion within 1 year
• Current MA RN License required
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
• Department-specific certification within 6 months of hire

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
