Education

Minimum Level of Education Required: Associate degree

• Valid RN license in the State of Ohio
• Current CPR and ACLS Certification

Knowledge/Skills

• Knowledge base in cardiovascular and pulmonary anatomy, physiology, andpathophysiology, particularly in ischemic heart disease.
• Knowledge base incardiovascular and pulmonary physical assessment techniques, cardiacmonitoring treatment techniques and arrhythmia recognition, and psychologicalevaluation and intervention.
• Demonstrates knowledge base and skill in providingcare to specific age groups.
• Demonstrates time management, organizationalskills, positive communication skills, and management potential througheducation or minimum of one-year experience in managerial role.
• Possessesteam focused attributes. Work scheduled hours as assigned.
