Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess all new admissions and determine RN delegation per Nurse Practice Act.
• Ensure thorough and timely documentation of all care provided in the nursing department.
• Assess patients and complete necessary follow-up as applicable.
• Monitor patients closely and provide ongoing assessments.
• Provide supervision, support, guidance, and development of staff members.
• Adhere to administrative processes within the nursing department.
• Other duties as assigned.
