• Ensure safe and effective discharge planning.
• Ensure patient safety related to medications and procedures.
• Discuss patient findings and progress with physicians and team members.
• Practice customer service standards as defined by the organization.
• Act as a resource, preceptor, and mentor to new employees and team members.
