St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the TCU 3S Unit at Ft. Thomas Hospital.

This Team Lead role covers Cardiac Telemetry on a 23 bed unit with a 36-hour workweek, day shift from 7A to 7P. The RN provides leadership, supervises care, and ensures smooth throughput with an emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered care. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while upholding nursing standards and licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited School of Nursing.
• Compact (multi-state) License in primary state of residence.
• Licensed to practice nursing in the state where work is performed.
• Meets contact hour requirements for licensure, including state requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing leadership for an assigned shift as a Team Leader RN.
• Supervise patient care on the unit and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Facilitate patient throughput and ensure timely care delivery on the 3S unit.
• Demonstrate respect, dignity, and empathy toward patients, families, and staff.
