Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Bone Marrow Transplant/Hematology unit. You will provide nursing care for immunocompromised patients, coordinate treatment, and educate families while supporting a high standard of patient safety.

The role requires RN licensure, a BSN or equivalent, at least 1 year of RN experience, and flexibility to cover varied shifts. TN sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• RN license by state requirements.
• One year of RN experience.
• BLS valid for 90 days post start date.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, holidays, weekends and on-call.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for bone marrow transplant and hematology patients.
• Lead and coordinate nursing care on the unit.
• Follow Mayo Nursing Care Model and document appropriately.
• Support immunosuppressed patients and educate families.
