Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking an experienced RN to join a bridged bone marrow transplant/hemapathology unit. You will care for immunocompromised patients, coordinate nursing care, and support patient/family education in a high-acuity setting.

Responsibilities include participation in the Mayo Nursing Care Model, possible direct clinical duties, and ensuring quality and safety in patient care. Current RN license and BLS required; various shifts and on-call may apply.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Computer skills; prior experience with EMR systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care for immunocompromised patients undergoing autologous or allogeneic bone marrow transplants and peripheral stem cell infusions.
• Lead nursing care according to Mayo Nursing Care Model and coordinate patient care within the unit.
• Support education for patients and families and participate in transitions of care.
