Job description

Join to apply for the RN - Team Lead role at BayCare Health System.

Location: Tampa, FL

Status: Full Time

Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (May Vary)

Shift Days: Monday through Friday

Weekend Work: None

On Call: No

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the healthcare team
  • Independently care for patients using nursing standards and protocols, delegate tasks appropriately
  • Act as a professional role model, assist in team development
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
  • Associates in Nursing or Technical Nursing certification
  • RN License - Florida Department of Health
  • At least 5 years of experience in Cardiology and Medical Office
  • 2 years in a Supervisory Role
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS and PALS certifications if applicable
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Nursing
