Pay, Premium Pay & Benefits:

Tacoma General Float Pool

• Hourly pay ranges from $50.34 to $92.00, depending on Step
• $10,000 Sign-on Bonus (BSN and 3+ years of experience required) and up to $10,000 relocation assistance. Both bonuses require a 24-month commitment.
• Tuition reimbursement and opportunities for professional growth
• Eligible for incentive pay and shift differentials

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating continuously
• Utilize nursing knowledge and experience to provide care according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols

Requirements

• Washington State RN license
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
• ACLS, NALS, PALS, TNCC, or NRP certifications as required by department
• Specialty certification preferred
• Minimum one year of acute care experience preferred
