Job summary

ChristianaCare’s surgical unit 4B in Newark, DE seeks an RN for a midnight shift (7 p.m.–7:30 a.m.) to care for gynecologic and urological patients. The unit supports up to 35 beds and emphasizes patient-centered care in a Magnet-recognized system.

Expect at least 1 year med/surg experience, BSN or pursuit within 3 years, and Delaware license eligibility. Benefits begin day one, with competitive pay and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• One year of med/surg experience strongly required.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN or commitment to obtaining within three years of hire.
• License or license eligibility in Delaware.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in a 23-bed surgical unit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support gynecologic and urologic procedures.
• Maintain nursing competencies and ensure safety for all patients.
