Job summary

Mountain Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Black Mountain, NC is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care per care plans and foster resident well-being.

• Monitor resident condition and report changes as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Ensure safety, comfort, and well-being of residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver quality care.

Shifts: 7PM–7AM, 7AM-7PM, PRN and PT

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility standards

• Monitor patient condition and report changes as needed

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all residents

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality care
