Timonium Surgery Center seeks a Clinical Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in a high-quality surgical environment in Timonium, MD. The role requires nursing leadership, OR/ICU experience, and supervisory background.

Qualifications

• Must be a Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
• Current Maryland RN license with BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.
• Two years supervisory experience in outpatient surgery and three years OR/CC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary activities for patients undergoing surgical intervention in a safe environment.
• Direct nursing and clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and administration to optimize operations.
