RN Nursing Supervisor (Weekends 7am or 7pm shifts)

AristaCare is seeking a full-time RN Supervisor responsible for overseeing the daily nursing activities during your scheduled shifts. Your supervision must comply with all relevant federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as directives from the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure the highest quality of care. As a Nurse Supervisor, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for your duties.

Shift Details

• Every other weekend: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• Full-time weekend shift: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Requirements

• Nursing Degree from an accredited college/university or graduate of an approved RN program.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related healthcare setting.
• At least 12 months of training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
