Registered Nurse Supervisor - FT Nights

(3X12 hour shifts)

Trauma Neuro ICU

Overview:

Assists in planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the operations and patient care of designated areas. Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients. Functions as a staff nurse as needed and assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager. Performs duties in alignment with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Licensure: Current RN license in the state of practice or valid compact licensure, meeting all state board requirements.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion within 30 days of hire.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in patient care.
• Preferred Qualifications: Supervisor experience is preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs regularly; prolonged standing and walking; ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.
