Job summary

Gettysburg Center is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. You will oversee nursing staff, coordinate resident assessments and care plans, administer medications and treatments, and respond promptly to changes in condition.

The RN Supervisor ensures regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and strong communication with physicians, therapists, residents, and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing.
• Experience supervising nursing staff.
• Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication with residents, families and medical staff.

Responsibilities
