Job summary

Gettysburg Center seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. You will oversee nursing staff, coordinate resident assessments and care plans, administer medications and treatments, and respond promptly to changes in condition.

The RN Supervisor ensures regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and strong communication with physicians, therapists, residents, and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license.
• Experience supervising licensed nursing staff in long-term care.
• Strong communication with physicians, therapists, residents, and families.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and documentation standards.

Responsibilities
