Responsabilidades

• Supervise nursing staff on assigned shifts and monitor medications, blood draws, and patient care tasks.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit consistently throughout the shift.
• Educate staff, residents, and families; ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Maintain a compassionate environment and support to residents and families.
• Document resident care services and maintain nursing supplies inventory.
