Job summary

SEVEN HILLS FOUNDATION INC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to assess, plan, and implement nursing care across a broad spectrum of needs within our Residential Care setting. You will advocate for medical needs of participants and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality care in accordance with DDS and agency standards.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing
• 1–3 years of related nursing experience
• Residential care experience preferred
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate medical services

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate healthcare services for individuals in accordance with DDS and SHCS standards.
• Communicate medical concerns and updates to SHCS staff and managers.
• Accompany and transport individuals to medical appointments as needed.
• Oversee medical supports and maintain documentation in MAP/TIER.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to secure treatment and follow-up care.
• Supervise assigned nursing staff and report concerns to Health Care Director.
