Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate all unit functions. In partnership with management, the CNC monitors nursing care in line with policies and serves as a resource for staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, assist with admissions and discharges, and support staff through coaching and training.

Qualifications

  • ACLS and BLS within 30 days of employment start date.
  • RN license/certification required.
  • Associate Degree required; 1 year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality patient-centered care with multidisciplinary team.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes.
  • Support improved outcomes and service with leadership team and subject matter experts.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff to improve performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. What You Will Do In This Role
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling.
What Qualifications You Will Need
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
