Qualifications

• Current CA RN license (California).

• 3 years of recent clinical care experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment, care, and education for pediatric and adult patients in a clinical/urgent care setting.
• Supervise and train clinic nursing staff.
• Collaborate with physicians to manage patient care; triage messages for providers.
• Coordinate with Practice Manager and Clinical Director to ensure seamless clinical operations.
• Plan staffing to meet operational needs efficiently.
