Qualifications

• Active RN license with supervisory experience.
• Experience in pediatric and adult patient care.
• Ability to triage calls and in-basket messages for providers.
• Proven skills in coordinating clinic operations and staffing.
• Experience with QA/audit processes and supplies management.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment, care, and education for pediatric and adult patients in a clinical/urgent care setting.
• Supervise and train clinic nursing staff.
• Collaborate with physicians to manage patient care; triage phone and in-basket messages for providers.
• Collaborate with the Practice Manager and Clinical Director to ensure seamless clinical operations.
• Plan staffing to meet operational needs efficiently; manage clinic supplies and medications.
