Eagle Crest Communities is seeking an experienced PM Shift RN Supervisor to lead nursing care in our facility. This role reports to the Director of Nursing and focuses on resident well-being, policy implementation, and ongoing quality assurance.

Responsibilities include staff education, infection control, and admission screening, with emphasis on resource management and collaboration across disciplines to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations for long-term care.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead staff.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with relevant computer systems and software.

PM Shift RN Supervisor

Starting at $47.00/hour

Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM | Every Other Weekend Required

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Manager assumes delegated responsibility and accountability for delivering resident care in accordance with professional nursing standards and all state and federal regulations. This role ensures implementation of nursing policies and procedures aligned with the facility’s mission and philosophy while promoting the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.

The Nurse Manager also leads key functions, including staff education, infection control, quality assurance, and admission screening. This position requires effective resource management to ensure care is delivered efficiently, responsibly, and with a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate resident care delivery in accordance with regulatory and professional standards


• Implement and monitor nursing policies and procedures


• Lead and support infection control, quality assurance, and staff education initiatives


• Participate in admission screening to ensure appropriate placement and care planning


• Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance, accountability, and performance oversight
