Job summary

Medical City Las Colinas seeks a RN Supervisor for Pediatric ICU to lead a skilled nursing team in a high-acuity environment. The role focuses on ensuring safe, compassionate patient care and coordinating staff across shifts.

The ideal candidate is an RN with a BSN, BLS and PALS, and at least 1 year of experience, ready to support a nationally recognized nursing program and contribute to improved outcomes within our pediatric ICU.

Qualifications

• BLS and PALS certifications required or in process per timeline.
• RN license to practice in Texas; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Pediatric ICU and supervise nursing staff.
