Meadow Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for a part-time role. You will supervise nursing care, provide clinical oversight on assigned shifts, and promote safe, high-quality resident care in a fast-paced setting.

The schedule includes Mondays and Fridays 3-11pm and every other weekend 7am-3pm. Maryland RN license and BLS CPR are required, with in-house supervision and tuition reimbursement benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in Maryland.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, and regulatory agencies.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritizing care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
