Position: RN or LPN for Weekend Doubles Supervisor - Part-Time or Full-Time

Full-time includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus. We are seeking a dedicated nurse to supervise during weekends, with options for a single weekday shift.

Purpose of Your Job:

The RN Supervisor with Administrative Duties manages the nursing department during weekends. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, ensuring compliance with state regulations, resource utilization, interdisciplinary communication, and resident satisfaction. The role also involves data analysis and managing the nursing department in the absence of the DON/ADON.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in this state; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
• CPR certification

Experience:

• Minimum of two years as an RN; one year of supervisory experience preferred
