RN Supervisor, Full Time, Night Shift, Monday through Thursday

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Implement Nursing Practices: Follow established nursing standards and facility policies and procedures.
• Resident Care: Identify resident needs through comprehensive assessments and deliver care according to physician’s orders and nursing standards.
• Documentation and Compliance: Document care as per regulatory requirements and ensure all state and federal regulations are met.
• Staff Management: Appraise staff performance, counsel accordingly, and assist in teaching unit staff in resident care, regulatory compliance, and in-service programs.
• Emergency Response and Safety: Respond to emergencies, maintain a safe environment, and actively participate in safety and loss prevention programs.
• Professional Development: Act as a role model and mentor, conduct educational presentations, and participate in committees, meetings, and educational programs.
  
  

Minimal Education

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field preferred.
  
  

Minimal Experience

• Minimum of three (3) years Registered Nurse experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.
  
  

Other Qualifications

• Current Nurse License
• CPR certification
• Strong communication, leadership skills and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Demonstrated clinical competency and provision of expert care to patients with either predictable or unpredictable.
