The ideal candidate holds an active Florida RN license with CPR certification and 1–3 years of supervisory experience, along with strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Florida license and CPR certification.
• 1–3 years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of nursing care and assess resident needs.
• Develop care plans and supervise CNAs and other staff.
• Complete admissions and discharge assessments.
• Document services for billing and chart care.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Director of Nursing to resolve grievances.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and replacements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Prepare discharge summaries and referrals.
