Job summary

Springfield Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for a part-time night shift (EOW, 11pm-7am). Daily pay available, pay range $38–$60 per hour, all-inclusive.

The role provides clinical leadership, regulatory oversight, and staff supervision to deliver high-quality resident care in a 90-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting. Strong leadership, communication, and nursing knowledge are essential to support a safe, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in PA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members about changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and professional leadership.
