Job summary

Collingswood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Rockville, MD, seeks an RN Supervisor for full-time night shift (7 p.m.–7 a.m.), every other weekend, with daily pay options. You will provide clinical leadership, oversee nursing staff, and ensure regulatory compliance in a 160-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility.

The ideal candidate holds a Maryland RN license, BLS CPR, and at least 2 years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• MD RN license required and active
• BLS CPR certification required
• Experience handling multiple patients in fast-paced setting
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff on assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families about changes in care needs.
• Prioritize care and manage multiple residents based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations and safety standards.
• Promote teamwork and professional leadership to sustain a positive work environment.
