RN Supervisor Qualifications:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State.
  • Experience as a Charge Nurse or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Ability to relate positively to residents, and families, and work cooperatively with other employees.
  • Supervise staff in day-to-day operations
  • Function as floor nurse as needed
  • Capable of maintaining regular weekend attendance.
  • Ability to supervise other employees and work cooperatively to obtain resident care objectives.
  • Meet all local health regulations, and complete a post-offer health assessment.


RN Requirements:

  • Current RN license in State.
  • Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification.
  • At least one year of experience as an RN in a Long-Term Care setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred.
