Reliant Management is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead patient care in a skilled nursing setting. You will supervise LVNs and CNAs, develop care plans, and ensure documentation aligns with standards and policies.

The position requires an active CA RN license, CPR certification, and proven supervisory experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in coordinating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in CA.
• Maintain CPR certification.
• Experience supervising LVNs and CNAs.
• Excellent observation, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation).
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family, and staff.
• Communicate clinical changes to Physicians, Supervisor/Manager, and teammates.
• Document assessments and care per standards and policy.
