Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required).

Responsibilities

• Assist the DON and ADON in overseeing daily operations of the Nursing Department in line with facility policies and regulations.
• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care and professional performance.
• Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care and staff effectiveness.
• Participate in state surveys, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Address and investigate concerns involving nursing personnel and communicate findings to nursing leadership.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to care standards and protocols.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on resident wellbeing and clinical excellence.
