Job summary
A Nurse Supervisor (RN) in Augusta, GA is sought to lead an inpatient nursing team on a 3x12 schedule. This full-time role offers day and night shifts with an every-other-weekend rotation and comprehensive benefits starting day one.
Ideal candidates are RNs with leadership experience, Georgia license, BLS, and the ability to obtain ACLS/CRRN within a year. Strong communication and compassionate patient-focused care are essential.
Qualifications
- Current RN license required by Georgia regulations.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS within one year of starting position.
- CRRN certification within one year of eligibility.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum two years of inpatient hospital experience.
- Nursing leadership experience highly desirable.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during shifts.
- Serve as liaison between administration, nursing leadership, and staff.
- Develop and implement patient-care programs and policies.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and feedback to staff.
- Participate in evaluations, counseling, and disciplinary processes.
