Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license.
• Experience supervising nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in organizing and directing day-to-day nursing staff functions.
• Admit, discharge and transfer patients as requested.
• Develop work assignments for unlicensed staff and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain effective communication with attending physicians and coordinate care planning/MDS meetings.
• Oversee licensed and unlicensed staff to ensure quality patient care and proper documentation.
