Maplewood Health Care Center in Jackson, Tennessee is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead a dedicated care team and ensure high-quality resident care. You will supervise CNAs, develop and evaluate care plans, and collaborate with physicians and families to implement changes.

Qualificações

• Must hold a current, unrestricted RN license for Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating care plans is preferred.

• Inform physicians of changes in resident conditions and communicate care plan updates.
