Job summary

South Mountain Rehab Center in Boonsboro, Maryland is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our nursing units and ensure high standards of care for our residents. The role requires MD or multistate RN licensure, 5 years RN experience, and preferably LTC/SNF experience.

You will guide staff, coordinate care plans, administer medications, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN License in MD or multistate.
• 5 years RN experience.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities
