Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (state required)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing supervisory experience
• CPR certification required
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants during assigned shifts
• Deliver direct nursing care to patients as needed
• Assess patient conditions, collect data, and report significant findings
• Ensure care is provided in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act, company policies, and clinical guidelines
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
