Job summary

This position requires an active RN license, 2+ years of RN experience, and prior supervisory experience. The RN Supervisor will oversee resident care, ensure quality standards, and manage nursing staff, while providing exceptional care in a skilled nursing environment. Qualifications

• 2+ years RN experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience.

• Administer treatments and monitor resident conditions.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and care teams.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.
• Act as nurse-in-charge for the shift.
