Job summary

Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania – Elizabethtown Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee a 23-bed geriatric unit. You will coach the nursing team, monitor care, ensure documentation accuracy, and support the ID team in patient education and care planning.

The role requires RN licensure in PA, CPR certification, and leadership experience in long-term or geriatric care. Proficiency with computer systems and EMR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
• Current RN licensure by PA State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification prior to or upon employment.
• Leadership and long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Computer skills; experience with an electronic medical record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor nursing care on the unit, assess patient conditions, and ensure care is provided as ordered.
• Maintain documentation and assist physicians during rounds and procedures.
• Provide direct resident care and transport to activities and appointments as needed.
• Communicate effectively with staff, physicians, and other departments.
• Act as advocate and participate in patient education as planned by the ID team.
