Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group's Midtown Oaks Health & Rehab Center in Altoona, PA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts. You will assess residents, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise CNAs to ensure high quality care.

Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work.
Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing care.
Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care in a SNF setting.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and infection control policies.
