Graduate Post Acute seeks an RN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff while promoting high-quality resident care.

The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with daily pay; starting pay ranges from $38 to $60 per hour. Pennsylvania RN licensure and BLS CPR are required, with a minimum of 2 years' nursing experience in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
