The successful candidate will hold an active Virginia RN license, have experience in long-term care or skilled nursing, and prior supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units
• Oversee implementation of resident care plans
• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, and clinical updates

• Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
