Diversicare in Bryson City, NC is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and oversee daily operations in a post-acute care setting.

You will mentor team members, drive care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Active RN license and 2+ years of nursing experience (supervisory a plus) are required, with LTC experience viewed favorably.

Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus.
