Job summary

Diversicare is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care in a post-acute setting. You will oversee staffing, patient assessments, and care planning while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, have at least two years of nursing experience with supervisory experience preferred, and bring strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on quality care in long-term or skilled nursing facilities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality care.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing assignments, patient assessments, and care planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
