The Laurels of Mt. Vernon in Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead nursing staff and coordinate resident care. You will oversee LPNs and CNAs, ensuring safe, high-quality care and accurate medication administration.

• Demonstrates knowledge of basic nursing practice with gerontological focus

Responsabilidades

• Supervise care/services provided by LPNs, CNAs and other team members
• Coordinate nursing care on the unit ensuring appropriate staffing
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions
• Assess residents' health and notify physician of changes
• Develop and implement a care plan based on assessment
• Select and institute nursing interventions to stabilize conditions
• Contribute to resident assessments and care planning
