Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an RN Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our long-term care residents and oversee daily care operations. The role requires CT RN licensure, long-term care experience, and strong leadership.

You'll schedule staff, monitor care plans, and liaison with families and the interdisciplinary team while ensuring documentation accuracy. We offer 11p-7a full-time with every other weekend, growth opportunities, tuition reimbursement, daily pay options, and a benefits package

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in CT with current license
• Able to pass background check, drug screen and references
• Strong leadership and clinical competency
• Interested in growth and career development

Responsibilities

• Care needs and planning: implement and revise care plans, monitor health and respond to changes in status
• Staff oversight and scheduling: manage coverage, evaluate staff, educate and lead
• Family and team liaison: communicate changes to families and collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Documentation: review incidents, transcribe orders, audit charges, maintain records
• Family, resident, staff education: explain health status and care expectations, mentor staff
