Job summary
Buffalo Center is seeking an Experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for its skilled nursing facility in Buffalo, NY. You will lead nursing staff, coordinate resident care, and uphold high clinical standards to ensure quality outcomes.
We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, daily pay options, and premium health coverage through Aetna. Candidates must hold a NYS RN license, have at least 3 years in long-term care, and be able to work every other weekend while supporting a compassionate, team-based
Qualifications
- Must hold NYS RN license.
- Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience.
- Excellent communication and team leadership required.
- Familiar with EHR and Eprescribing programs.
- Availability to work every other weekend.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care requirements.
- Provide compassionate environment for residents and families.
- Answer questions and requests to residents and staff.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by following rules.
- Monitor confidential information processing to protect resident privacy.
- Manage documentation of resident care services.
- Maintain cooperative relationships among health care teams.
