Qualifications

• Must possess a valid RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with intellectual/developmental disability populations preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Pre-employment background and drug screenings required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee health services per individuals’ plans to ensure optimal health.
• Supervise Nurses and CNAs, provide coaching and mentoring.
• Ensure documentation complies with regulatory requirements.
• Serve as liaison between hospitals and medical professionals.
• Uphold licensure scope and advocate for rights and least restrictive measures.
